At We Are Baby Boomers, we stand behind our quality. If your product has a defect or failure, we offer a 30-day guarantee to make it right. For all other concerns, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

1. Defective, Damaged, or Misprinted Items (30-Day Guarantee)

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase! If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, a broken mug, or a misprint, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will gladly offer a free replacement or a full refund.

  • How to claim: Please email us with your order number and a clear photograph showing the issue.

2. Other Delivery Concerns (24-Hour Rule)

For all other concerns regarding a delivered package—such as receiving the wrong item or a missing product from a multi-item order—please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. This allows us to investigate with our fulfillment partners immediately.

3. Sizing Issues & Buyer's Remorse

Because every item in our store is custom-made and printed specifically for you when you order, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for buyer's remorse or if the wrong size was ordered.

  • Please be sure to review the sizing charts on our product pages carefully before completing your purchase to ensure the perfect fit!

4. Lost in Transit

If your package is lost in transit and the tracking has not updated for several days, please reach out to us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier and our printing partners to get a replacement sent out to you.
