These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. By accessing this website and supporting our cause, we assume you accept these terms in full.
To operate efficiently and maximize the funds that support our community and partner charities, we use a custom print-on-demand model. This means we do not waste resources holding excess inventory. Every t-shirt, mug, and product is custom-made and printed specifically for you only after you place your order. Because of this sustainable process, our cancellation and return rules differ from traditional retail stores.
Because we begin the fulfillment process quickly, any requests to cancel an order, change a size/color, or update a shipping address must be submitted to support@wearebabyboomers.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once this 24-hour window has passed, the order is sent to our printing facilities and can no longer be modified or canceled.
As detailed in our official Refund Policy, we proudly offer a 30-day guarantee for items that arrive defective, damaged, or misprinted. However, because each item is custom-printed just for you, we cannot accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse or if the incorrect size/color was ordered. Please always check our sizing charts before purchasing.
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, please note that computer monitors and mobile screens display colors differently. We cannot guarantee that your device's display of any color will be 100% accurate to the final physical product.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, or suspension of a product.
